Middle Age Spread

I have no idea what has come over me. I can’t stop eating.
For the past 9 years I’ve been very good at watching my weight. I’ve been able to stick to any diet I devise for myself. I’ve lost 80 pounds and kept it off for over 6 years, until I quit smoking. I began to lose weight again, taking off 35 pounds. And then, I just lost it.
Now I just can’t make myself stick to any eating plan. In fact, I can’t stop eating, and I mean all day long. This is getting frightening. I’ve totally lost control of myself. I’m so worried that I’ve considered an OTC diet pill or even something stronger from my doctor.
I have never been like this before. Even when I’ve been overweight, it wasn’t from this kind of constant eating. I don’t know what’s happening to me but it’s time that I make a change. And soon.

I must admit I tend to eat all the time, I think it’s often referred to as ‘grazing’. I can eat anything, anytime. Chocolate, fruit, chocolate, crisps, chocolate, raw veg, chocolate. I think you get the picture.
Seriously though, I haven’t got a weight problem, just an eating problem and to be honest I’ve learned to live with it. As long as you take exercise and are happy, there’s no point worrying. Life’s too short.
