Some of you may remember a post I did back in in July from my son Nick’s birthday. If not, you missed the oddity that is my son. The one picture on that post that you need to see (in case you don’t want to click away right now) is the underoos on the head picture. Just so you know, it wasn’t a one time thing for Nick; he made a habit of wearing his Underoos on his head. Or over his pants. Strange kid.

Turns out that this trait is genetic. Yes, it is. Don’t argue with me on this one. I have proof. I don’t know how it got passed on to Nick but I do know that he passed it on to his own daughter.
As you may recall, we’ve been introducing the potty chair to Kendyll. No pressure or anything, just making it available and letting her use it if she wants. Mostly she likes to put it in front of the TV and sit on it while watching Dora. That’s fine, of course. First step, be comfortable with the potty. Apparently she is.
We left Kendyll sitting on her potty and when we came back into the living room, she’d taken off her Dora underpants and put them…. Well, see for yourself.

Unquestionably genetic. I’m convinced.

Hahahahahahahahahahhaah. Stumbled!
Please tell me you have at least one that does (or did) this, too.
LMBO!!!! My son has streaking in his blood. He likes to run around naked and scream about being naked with a big grin on his face. I did the same thing when I was little, as did at least one of my sisters HAHA
LOL! All of my kids have done this. I have a picture of Clint and Jazz sitting together. Clint is wearing an old hat and Jazz is wearing Clint’s undies on her head. I have it put away for just the right moment.
This is adorable, and she is so beautiful. Oh the innocence. And I love the binky. I cried when my daughter made Noah give his up….
My best, Dorothy from grammology
remember to call gram
OMG . . .too funny! **knock on wood** Madison has not done this. Yet.
Oh my gosh, that’s hysterical! They’re both even giving you the same look! I can see those in a double photo frame with his on the left and hers on the right – too funny!!!
So it is genetic! I just don’t remember wearing underpants as headgear.
I think the right moment is now. On your blog. I would love to see that!
She is very attached to her binky. We have to hide the extras or she’ll carry as many around with her as she possibly can – and then lose them all within an hour!
Give it time.
That’s a great idea!
