Usually by this time of year we’ve had a a little snow. It’s only when it comes before my birthday that I get cranky about it. So far, we’ve had almost none.
I think there were some flurries here and there last week but it wasn’t sticking. Right now it’s too warm to snow. In fact, we had a thunderstorm this evening! Not only was there a flash of lightning in the distance but we also lost power for about 20 minutes. I hate when that happens.
I’ve got every thing around here surge protected but that still isn’t a guarantee that my electronics will be safe. You never know what might happen. That worries me because it’s been quite a while since I’ve had to do any kind of power supply repair. In fact, I haven’t tinkered inside my new computer at all since I bought it. It’s such a small case that I don’t know if I’ll be able to get around in there.
Okay, that goes on my to-do list. I have to open up this case and look around. I can’t believe I didn’t do that already!
