		<description>I have my own thoughts about how our extended families began to break apart. I think it all started with Social Security. SS helped older folks survive after they could no longer work but it also freed the kids from having to care for those old folks. Problem is, no one realized how valuable grandma and Pap Pap were to the family. Our futures lose something when we lose touch wtih the past.</description>

		<description>What a lovely tribute to your mom...  There is nothing more important to a family 
then their mother and father...  Mom&#039;s bring the flow of life to their daughters. I 
recently wrote a post about the Walton&#039;s...  It&#039;s the way I envisioned families to
grow.  Don&#039;t see that much anymore.  We can only hope that the cycle bottoms out and
the family becomes the nucleus again...
