My friends have blogs that are not monetized at all, don’t even have AdSense, and yet they fell by 1 rank. As for me, all my blogs fell by 2 ranks.

I’ve been trying to build my PR for some time now and never can seem to get it any higher. Reciprocals, comments, blogs, etc, etc nothing seems to really work. I do get some traffic from articles but it never seems to bring enough. No matter how much I read, I can never seem to find any opinion or idea that works. Sounds like it is mostly time that builds the traffic.

My sites took a hit as well, and you know what?? It really doesn’t bother me anymore. So, I’ll keep doing what I’m doing and they can keep doing what they do and life will go on. It always does!

Exactly. I never cared about PR before and I still had great content. I’ll just keep putting out a great blog and let Google do whatever they want. That’s what we all should do.

I do get a lot of traffic from Google but I’m hoping to blog about another search engine that I really like later today. Maybe we can help propel it to the top.

Do I think my 4 year old blog should be ranked the same as someone who just started on 4 months ago? Of course not. But it’s not my decision to make, so I’m just going to keep on keepin’ on.

I was originally less than happy with my PR drop on a few blogs, one went up while the rest weent down. Someone asked me what I was going to do. And I realized I wasn’t going to d oanything. What disappointed me most was that I worked hard on my websites and seeing a number decrease made me think that Google felt I didn’t do that.

Now would be a great time for Yahoo to make a come back or someone else to step up to the plate with the next biggest great thing on the web. Show Google they can play ball too Actually I get more traffic from Yahoo than from Google anyhow on most keywords. So neener neener Google! :-p
