Nick’s been working hard on finishing the apartment out back. For those who are keeping track - and have really good memories - Nick and Brian have been working on the apartment for over a year. Yes, it’s been that long. No, they’re not that slow.
Even though they work on the apartment only after work and on weekends, the biggest obstacle has been money. Nick is responsible for most of the materials and his budgeting and planning thus far have left quite a bit to be desired. He seems to have a better handle on it now so hopefully, we’ll soon see more progress. Most of the trim work is done and two of the four doors are in.
Nick really wants carpeting in the living room and Kendyll’s bedroom; I’d like hard wood floors with two room sized rugs. But how do I convince my hard-headed kid that Mom knows best? Right. I can’t. I’ll have to figure out a way to make him think it’s his idea. Hmmm…. any suggestions?

You are right, with kids isn’t a easy job, if they don’t…don’t.But in
many cases you can work it out simply just buying something that really
likes and maybe it would be a chance!good luck !
some time ago we “decorated” the garret and we tried to do the most work and our own.
We putted a parket and paintend the walls… is time but after you will thanks alot
