It will also depend on if the opi polishes are frosted as-well, typically frosted polish will stay on better. I am a nail tech and I have found that there are many good polishes out there, but opi has a large advertising campaign, and it works for them. I have used different brands of polish in my nail salon over the past 18 years, (Orly, Forsythe, Essie), but the clients come in as ask for "that opi color I saw in the magazine", and yes the other brands have similar colors, just not the advertising $$$.
