Myrtle Beach Golf Surprise

We all know how much I love to travel and how I have to drag my husband along or go alone. Fortunately, some of my kids have inherited my love of the journey so sometimes, I can hit the road with them. For instance, my son, Jesse, is not only fascinated with visiting other places but he’s also passionate about nearly every sport imaginable. A trip with Jesse must include some kind of activity and luckily Jesse loves to offer instruction in his favorite sports.
Jesse was supposed to teach me to golf while I was in Hawaii this past March. There are terrific courses there but I was vacationing and Jesse was not; he works there, after all. So I didn’t get the lessons I’d wanted and Jesse really didn’t get to spend as much leisure time with me as we’d planned. Oh, but I haven’t given up on Jesse yet. He’ll be coming home for about a month later this year and I have some big plans for us.
Jesse hasn’t been to Myrtle Beach since 2000 so I’m planning a trip back there, this time with the intention of focusing on a myrtle beach golf vacation. The current special package features two bedrooms and two baths with 4 beds at the Brunswick Plantation Golf Villas for 3 nights. That includes 4 rounds of golf! That’s a perfect vacation for some mother/son bonding, especially since the son is now living halfway around the world from home.
Jesse will probably come home for his visit during the summer, when the package price is the lowest. If he makes it back for his birthday, the price goes up a little but honestly, I ‘d rather do it then just so it could be a really great birthday present. Besides, the prices are reasonable no matter what season you choose.
We’ll have to take two other people, probably my nephew and his girlfriend since they like travel and fun activities, too. The great thing is that the price of the Myrtle Beach Golf package includes Accommodations, Green Fees, Cart Fees and even all taxes. That really makes it so much easier to plan and budget for such a great vacation.
You know, Coastal Golfaway makes this all so easy that the hardest part will be keeping it a secret until Jesse gets here. Oh, come on! You know I can do it!

I’m not much of a golf player but I’d like to try and be good at it. And I think a myrtle beach golf package would be nice. I also like to travel around. The last place I’ve been to is Morocco. Maybe you can bring your family there. I had a blast
I’d love Morocco. My husband, though, not so much. A couple of my kids hate traveling, a couple love it. My 15 year old wants to live in Hawaii with his older brother! (No, but I may move in with him so I can take care of him.)
It’s great to hear about people sharing their love for the game with others. Golf is a great game to play while spending quality time with friends or family no matter if you’re just learning or your a seasoned veteran. Enjoy your trip!
Yes, I agree! My 14 year old daughter would like to learn to play. I’m looking at a few summer programs now.
The younger the better!
