Sometimes it’s fun to get together with friends and just share dreams with each other. We used to do that when we were kids all the time. But when you’re an adult, you’re not supposed to get lost in your dreams. You’re supposed to be planted firmly in reality. Well, I think dreams are great.
Everyone knows that my dream is to live in Kauai some day. I wasn’t aware, though, that my good friend always dreamed of having an Orlando vacation home to travel to every winter. She still wants to stay around here for the spring and summer, especially since she has grandkids here. But she dreads the winter as much as I do.
I guess we all have dreams hidden inside our hearts. Sometimes when we let them out, it’s almost like coming one step closer to making them a reality. At least I hope so.
