I find it ironic that one of the 6 kids who helped to age and expand my body is now encouraging me to get fit. My dear Maggie has been working out at the community center. A few days ago she picked up a flyer about various classes being offered there. So now Maggie wants to buy a couple Yoga Mats so we can take this class together.
I’m not entirely certain that I’ll be very good at this but I do enjoy pretty equipment. So I’m lookin around and I think I like the stretching mat for sure. Must stretch first, right? And I don’t know what “hot yoga” is but the Solace mat says it has more cushioning and cushioning sounds really good for this aging body.
Of course, you know me. I’m all about accessories. Pretty colors, soft textures and I’m there. I think if I do this and take it seriously, and really stick with it, then I deserve something especially nice for Mother’s Day. Something like this beautiful wool yoga mat in purple would be a great incentive. I’m emailing this hint to Maggie.

Yoga is great. I’ve only been for 1 lesson so far. I’d love to go back for more when I find a class that doesn’t clash with my hectic mommy schedule
Yoga is great for all over health. I really need to just do it.
