Our first day in Hawaii is coming to a close. Brit, Kendyll and I went to the Wal-Mart in Lihue for a few essentials. (Like, why would I think that 4 men would have a single hanger in the house?) I stopped on the way at Banana Joe’s for my favorite Kona coffee. And yes, I’ve been drinking it today and that’s why I’m wide awake, still.
By the time we got back from Wal-Mart, Kendyll was asleep. She slept for three full hours! So much for the beach or the pool. When the guys got home from work I made the salad while Jesse made his chicken specialty and Brit, Nick and Kendyll went to the pool for a few hours.
Tomorrow we’re going to the beach tomorrow for sure. I’ve already picked up a bottle of Maui Babe Browning Lotion. I love that stuff. Not to worry, though. I use a high SPF sunscreen on my face. 
I still have to blog about the trip itself. I wish I could say it was uneventful but you all know better, right?
