Cleaning Out Some Closets

I really need to clean my closets more often. I especially need to keep track of what I put in them and write down the details. Seriously.
While Kendyll watched Dora, I started on the hall closet then moved to the bathroom one. And you wouldn’t believe the things I found! Heck, I can’t even believe the things I found.
The first thing I pulled out the hall closet was Belle’s first collar. Belle is almost 5 years old. That closet has been cleaned out many times since then but for some reason I kept saving that collar. It’s part of the pack rat thing, I guess.
I also found one football spike shoe, a baseball glove (nothing ever comes in pairs around here) and the ugliest tie I’ve ever seen. I don’t remember anyone ever wearing it but if someone did, I probably have a mental block to protect me from the traumatic memory.
The bathroom closet was almost as interesting. Behind a bottle of outdated Generic Ultram, I found a dog biscuit, a broken remote control and two pages from the phone book.
I have no idea who moves things around in this house. I have no idea why anyone would move these things to these places. I only know that someday, they’ll all have their own homes and when I come to visit, I’m moving their stuff all over the place.
Revenge will be sweet.
