For those who like this kind of thing

I never used a wysiwyg editor to build webpages. Maybe that’s why, when I see something like this, I love looking at the source.

I know it has no practical use. Nevertheless, I think it’s really cool what can be done with CSS. This house is built with CSS, no images.  I’m impressed.

And to think I was excited when I laid out a page of thumbnails without tables.

  • I’m sorry, this has nothing to do with this post, but I added you to my friends list. I found you through a comment you had left on another journal and found it interesting that you are from nothern WV. I am attending WVU at the moment and hail from southern WV.

You seem very interesting, as does your family. I enjoyed your website a lot.

This is my photojournal, I have a personal journal that is friends only if you are interested.

  • I say…

(I don’t know what to say)

You have a nice white & green & yellow layout, here. Springtimey.

  • Really enjoying your photo journal. Such talent! I’d love to be added to your personal journal as well.

And yes, my family is interesting – and mind boggling! But they’re mine so I gotta love em. ;)

    Very nice to meet you.

  • Yes, my LJ matches my website. It’s the whole dandelion thing, you know. My website is pretty basic other than my dandelion graphic and family pictures. I’m not much into fluff but I can appreciate when someone pushes the envelope, so to speak, with coding. :)

  • Btw – Very nice to meet you too. (I meant to say it in my other comment but I’m really out of it today.)

  • When I wanted to build my first webpage, I bought HTML for dummies and started learning. I was stuck at home with three kids in diapers so I didn’t have much to do other than read and play on my computer. But you should still read the book. It’s always good to learn new stuff – keeps your mind in good working order. And you never know when it will come in handy. :)
